FIRST Fondene has 16 employees with long experience from the financial industry, First Securities and Swedbank, among others. High level of competence and integrity are the common denominators among the employees. The employees have worked together in Swedbank Asset Management since 2011, and during that period AuM in FIRST Funds grew from approx. NOK 1.5 billion to approx. NOK 7 billion, with significant outperformance in all 6 funds. Employees have now invested their own funds both in the company and in the funds.
